Lunch

Here is another example of some good protein without the meat. Ezekiel 4:9 bread, toasted, with about 2-3 tablespoons of hummus, silk chocolate milk. For a total of about 12 grams of protein. Ahem....just ignore that Cadbury chocolate creme egg in the picture....somehow I don't think that falls into the healthy category.
