Did some house work, laundry, catching up...a little cooking.
Ever made a peach cobbler this way? Peaches on bottom, pieces of bread, then top with a mixture of sugar, egg, butter and flour. Pretty good
Then finished up all 64 blocks of my next project. I put my quilts together a bit different than most, I think. I chain piece the blocks in columns rather than rows. Sixty-four blocks (8x8) ends up being four columns. After I chain piece then I do the horizontal sewing on each column. I decided to put this one together using an ombré colors way, rather than randomly using the light and dark shades of blocks.
