Original Design Baby Quilt
I don't think I ever showed this quilt on my blog. It was a little design I put together using EQ, but it was rejected by the magazines. :( That's ok, though. I realize it is pretty average. Still, it was fun to make and I like it. I'll probably save it for a special baby gift.

Um, I don't see anything "average" about this quilt. I think it's great. I wonder if it was the colors they didn't approve of. I'm finishing a baby quilt now that I pieced in the 1980s and it's pink and blue together, and I think it's a bit ambiguous, i.e. is this a boy quilt or a girl quilt? I'll bet if this quilt was done with some different colors it would be an absolute winner.

I love it: so vivid. For me the colours are fab together.
