Love the strings!
I finished all the blocks for the string quilt. I love it! I plan to do a 2 inch border in red and then about a 6 inch border either in teal, blue, or green. I sewed the blocks into rows but haven't done them all together yet.
Rachel, I use either Hobbs 80/20 or Mountain Mist Cream Rose - the MM is a lighter weight cotton so it doesn't have as much loft but I see you're in Tennessee and these string quilts can be heavier than normal ones so you'll want to consider that. I used Hobbs 80/20 on the king size string bed quilt of ours but we only used it on the bed in the winter when we lived in GA.

It's really coming along well. I love the touches of yellow.

I set my stitch length on 10 on the longarm.
