Faux file - before and after

I ended up doing a soft gray, mottled with a lighter and darker. It isn't a huge difference from the natural concrete, but I think it is a big improvement.  The hubby has this thing with his concrete.  He was totally against me putting real tile on the porch, but finally agreed to letting me do the faux tile with paint.

That was a ton of work for such a subtle difference.  Days like today and yesterday make me feel my age.
