In the winter, I have my own inside walking trail. I like it. It take me about 30 long strides to complete the circle - living room, foyer, dining room, kitchen, and back to the living room. I can walk almost 4 miles per hour on my little trail. It beats a treadmill that takes up space. My walking time is my praying, thinking, planning, and sometimes music listening time. It's not only good for the body, but good for the soul.
