I decided to get started on quilting the Quilt of Valor (QOV) quilt I received yesterday. Volunteer piecers and long armers get together to make quilts which are given to injured soldiers. A great organization, check it out at www.QOVF.org. I met the piecer yesterday and she had made a beautiful red, white, and blue big star quilt. I decided to quilt it in loops and stars. I'll finish it when I get back from Louisville.

Would love a picture of the whole quilt when you are done. I like what I see so far. Thanks for helping out our military. How is Jake? Those UTI can make you sick, hope he is doing better.

It looks good so far! I have one RWB top I'm piecing now and 3 QOV tops that will all eventually go to Alycia's QOV project.
