Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Has anyone out there had Cracker Barrel's yummy seasonal cinnamon french toast?  I promised the hubby I would make some for Christmas breakfast.  I used Pioneer Woman's recipe for the bread.

I was worried that I had too much cinnamon sugar mixture, but I think I could have used a little more.
