Sweet Pickles

Guess what these are going to be?  Yep, yummy sweet pickles!
Got them in the brine for the next 14 days. I use an antique crock with a plate and a big rock in a plastic bag, to keep them submerged.

  1. I canned 15 pints and a jelly jar of bread and butter pickels on Saturday. My husband really likes them and ususally will take a couple of pints with him when he works out of town.
